The Project Management Team is responsible for managing all services and trades. The overall success of any particular project is governed by the strict adherence to time schedules, cost parameters and high quality expectations. The variety and complexity of projects undertaken by Sidgreaves over so many years has given us the experience to develop processes and procedures that have proven to withstand the pressures associated with implementing retail projects of high quality in the shortest time frame possible.
